I've have significantly reduced sugar in my diet and once you do that , you do see how addicted you really are to sugar. I want to go get a burger and fires right now as I am typing this but then this video reminded about all that sugar in even my favorite savory fast food items. Peanut butter has been my saving grace. Finding out how much sugar is in most of the flavored yogurt made me give it up all together and force myself to enjoy plain greek yogurt. I don't do fruit juice either. I am addicted and will drink it all. Finally yes just eat a piece of fruit. The high from real food is amazing. Hope this helps and makes you laugh.
